01. What does Concession or Mobile Bar Trailer provide?

We will provide everything needed to serve and provide your selected beverage or drink dispensers. When we get to your event, you will be ready to serve. Everything is disposable. Which includes the following: cups, napkins, straws, ice and drinks or snacks of your choice? 

02. What technical requirements does the concession mobile bar need?

We need a flat, open area for set up and service. We are fully equipped for electricity, we just need a standard plug in. It’s always nice to remember that we are somewhat compact, but we’re pulled by a vehicle, so make sure that can also fit! Trailer sits at almost 6’ high, 12’ in length.

 

03. Do we have a rain policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the booking, we do not offer rain dates.  Expecting rain at your event? We can work with the event coordinator to provide other arrangements.

04. Travel

K Rock Entertainment mobile bar trailer is based out of Decatur, Alabama area, but are always up for a good road trip. We travel throughout Alabama! One hour of travel to and from your event is included in the base rental rate. Anything exceeding one hour of travel fees apply. Alabama incurs an additional fee for overnight events, please request a custom package.  

05. Alcohol Laws in Alabama

Due to State laws, ABC and local guidelines prevents us from providing NO ALCOHOL for our trailer. 

06. Servers

You don't have to use us as Servers if you are working with a catering company, they can staff our concession mobile bar trailer. However, we have to approve the catering company prior to the event.

07. Insurance

Yes! We carry general liability insurance and can provide copies upon request.

08. Pricing

The packages stated are our base packages. If you're hosting a smaller event with less people, please reach out. 

09. Decor

We do decorate the trailer with basic neutral decorations & signage for all events. If you'd like to have your florist, make a piece to attach, that is totally up to you. Just let us know! If you'd like to bring some of your own decor, we would love that as well!!
